Responsible for the successful planning, development, implementation and evaluation of direct response marketing programs in support of the Company's objectives. Works with all levels of management to coordinate and ensure the success of all facets of major marketing projects. Assumes primary marketing responsibility for analysis and execution of marketing programs. Position Requirements
• Supervises assigned personnel. (See attached description of Supervisory Responsibilities.)
• Works to identify marketing opportunities and develop proactive strategies and plans to generate interest in Credit Union products and services. Ensures that these plans are communicated to and coordinated with branches as well as other areas of the Company which will need to support them.
• Takes the lead role in execution of marketing projects, including identification of tasks, responsibilities, dependencies, deadlines and costs. Assures timely completion of projects.
• Direct department analysts in identifying what information to extract from our marketing database for back-end reporting and analysis of test results. Evaluates results to determine whether to roll-out, revise or terminate a program.
• Provide direction and approval for artists in the selection of creative platforms for a variety of advertising and mail programs for the Marketing Department.
• Directs the selection of various vendors who will support our list, production and mailing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Promotes safety at all times and complies with safety/ergonomic standards as outlined in relevant company published manuals. Preferred Skills and Abilities

Required job duties are essentially sedentary in nature, consisting of occasion walking, standing, lifting and/or carrying ten pounds maximum, seeing, speaking, and hearing. Physical Environment

Four year college degree in marketing or related field. Experience Requirements
Five years of marketing or in a related field experience required. Strong knowledge of all facets of marketing including planning, research, positioning, creative, production, postal regulations, legal requirements, modeling and analysis. Special Skills Requirements
