Summary:
Responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting ACE's Application and Vendor Governance processes for ACE North America Applications.
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the North American Application Governance processes, including facilitation of Annual Planning and ongoing Plan Change Management
? Responsible for implementing Portfolio and Key Project Governance, helping IT and business leadership to support ACE's global governance policies
? Responsible for engaging with peer IT Governance forums to coordinate decision making and accountability across all appropriate IT groups.
? In conjunction with the Global Vendor Management Office, implement Vendor Management processes for North America Applications
? Define and implement Vendor Governance processes, including Governance, Demand Management, Service Level monitoring, Work Order definition/execution, and Invoice reconciliation/approval
Qualifications:
? Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Information Systems
? Professionally certified in Project Management (PMP or equivalent)
? Minimum ten years experience in senior IT, PMO and/or Vendor Management
? Experience working in Application Outsourcing and Offshore Resource Management
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Project
? Experience working with Project Portfolio Management systems
? Strong time management, planning, budgeting and organizing skills.
? Excellent customer service skills.
? Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities while still meeting deadlines.
? Attention to detail and accuracy in process and results Self-starter with a can-do attitude able to manage in a high stress environment.
? Ability to deal with ambiguities and shifting priorities.
