The Sales Manager is responsible for the development of existing account executives to strengthen their sales and account implementation skills mainly through training in the field to help meet production levels of organization. The Sales Manager is also responsible for the acquisition and retention of a high-performing team to meet organizational production levels. In addition, the sales manager should help account executives cultivate existing business relationships as well as help develop new strategic partners.
