USAA is currently seeking talented Financial Planners II for our Phoenix, AZ and San Antonio, TX locations.

As a Financial Planner II for USAA, you will provide financial planning advice to members through various channels (e.g. phone, email, fax). You will conduct comprehensive financial planning to include: retirement, estate, investments and risk management. Under limited supervision, you will perform moderately complex work assignments and problem resolution.

Job Duties:

  • Acquires and applies intermediate knowledge of industry products, services and processes.
  • Works with members to implement and modify, as appropriate, financial plans based on individual needs and financial circumstances.
  • Collaborates with team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.

Qualified candidates need to possess:

  • Certified Financial Planner practitioner certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of comprehensive financial services experience, i.e. retirement, investment, insurance, tax and estate planning.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
