CASE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS � Case management positions are available for qualified candidates. Experience in brokerage life insurance is preferred. Excellent growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits packages and leadership role for qualified candidates.

� Manage the flow of a case through the insurance process

� Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

� Experience with a multiple carrier platform

� Entrepreneurial

� Provide quick information to brokers necessary to manage their expectations and monitor difficult situations.

� General problem solving and quick response to phone and e-mail inquiries from clients. A high level of this is required due to bilateral nature of facilities and high touch service requirements.

� Act as a general knowledge/history repository of client information, capable of retrieving client information as needed.

� Supervision of case activities and updates on a daily/weekly basis

� Print, review for accuracy, issue resolution, and distribute various reports.

� Sales Background preferred but not required

� Strong customer service skills

� Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

� Ability to build strong client relationships

� Track record of success in financial services

� Financial Licenses helpful but not necessary

� Great communicational and Intrapersonal skills
