Associate Auditor Amica Insurance Company located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an Associate Auditor. The position involves planning and performing audits of various business units and technical systems and preparing final audit reports.
The job duties include identifying, documenting and evaluating operational, financial and technical risks and controls and developing recommendations for improvements.
Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of audit experience are required. Continued education through various sources; and the willingness to obtain the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation is also required.
Additional Requirements: Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Must have a basic understanding of technical concepts with the ability to analyze systems and the various technical environments in which they operate. Two to four weeks of business travel annually is required.
