Defined as the IT Shared Services Solutions Project Manager on the BI-IT Shared Services team and manages the following roles/responsibilities: *Conduct tool inventory and assessment; correlate to internal and external BI-IT/Bond FPS. * Understand inputs/outputs, scalability, utilization, limitations, complexity *Definite integration points * Formulate tactical and strategic plan to leverage, implement, eliminate or enhance tool suite that will meet organizational requirements both internal and external. * Define implementation of approved tool suite (milestone, risk, issues, etc.) * Establish metrics to track compliance and performance. Tie back to organization and individual development plans. * Customize documentation/guidelines and training materials for role out to BI-IT/Bond FPS. * Conduct / Facilitate training to all areas impacted by tool suite. * Define SLAs for day-to-day support (BI-IT Shared services vs. Application Shared Services) * Define & Create dashboard(s) to track compliance and performance. * Conduct periodic assessments to submit enhancement recommendations. Be voice of BI-IT/Bond FPS. * Work with other leads in Share Services to define usage requirements to meet various reporting requirements.
Job Requirements: * A minimum of four years experience in the IT industry * Strong relational database skills, specifically understanding SQL queries and core database structures * Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Business Objects, Cognos), and Microsoft .Net platforms * Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft office product suite Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook * Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of application systems analysis * Develops technical and supervisory staff that can effectively anticipate and respond to customer needs * Effective coach and mentor for junior members of the team * Solid analytical skills, independent problem solving abilities * Exposure to financial reporting and analysis a plus * Must be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and operate effectively. * Must be a change agent in the organization as well as have a strong ability to deal with and manage change * Strong organizational skills * Solid track record of building strong relationships and trust with vendors, customers, technology and within a team * Has successfully worked in a matrix environment * Strong communication skills, written and verbal, ability to tailor to varying audiences * Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
