As a Bodily Injury Claims Specialist you will:

• Work with claimants, attorneys and medical staff to determine injuries stemming from an accident

• Investigate and resolve bodily injury claims as assigned by your Claims Team Manager

• Perform field investigations on assigned cases or arrange for expert investigations

• Assist in providing timely and excellent customer service to policyholders

To be a successful member of our exceptional Claims team, candidates should have knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and State Tort Law. Bachelor’s degree along with some bodily injury claims experience is required. Licensing for some states is required. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written and oral communications skills required. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and State Tort Law. College education or equivalent training plus minimum 18-24 months of directly related experience required. Licensing as required.
