SUMMARY: Will be responsible for the delivery of Sales Skills programs as well as skill reinforcement workshops that align with business goals. Work with management to assess training needs through collaboration. Design, develop and deliver programs/curriculum to meet/exceed business needs. Responsible for Northeast and Downstate NY/NJ regions.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Effectively deliver the Sales Programs developed by Achieve Global to a variety of audience participants across the organization.
Work with Managing Directors, Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Presidents to fully develop a reinforcement plan and accountabilities for sales teams.
Conduct follow up training and other reinforcement activities as necessary.
Partner with regional management to look for further opportunities for skill development.
Serve as a coach to salespeople, being available to answer questions, brainstorm challenges, etc.
Consult with business partners to design, develop, and deliver additional sales skill programs/curriculums to meet business needs and maximize productivity.
Develop appropriate measures to ensure skills training initiatives are effective and in alignment with business strategy.
Develop train-the-trainer programs and modules for technology based skills training tools.
Design and develop effective training manuals and materials.
Monitor/control expenses, ensuring cost effective methods are utilized. Work with peers to identify areas where common training solutions can be leveraged across businesses.
OTHER SKILLS Strong presentation/facilitation skills. Demonstrated coaching experience. Performance Consulting with proven results.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE College degree or equivalent experience Typically 5-8 years professional experience. Sales training or sales experience highly desirable. Professional training credentials. Considerable travel required. Varies from 25% to 75%
