Work schedule is 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm This position is responsible for conducting transaction quality and process reviews for Policy Services, conducting closing meetings with Policy Services Supervisors and Policy Services Managers, and offering recommendations for improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES· Complete audits and track results in audit database. · Develop audit schedule and complete audits as scheduled. · Make recommendations for training opportunities identified through audits. · Assist in the training process through classroom training, side coaching, and training audits. · Identify discrepancies in procedures and work with Training Department and management to resolve. · Review functions and processes within Policy Services. · Review in-unit auditing processes and report findings in a timely manner. · Identify system or workflow discrepancies and report to management. · Maintain confidentiality of individual audits. · Perform other duties as assigned. PREREQUISITES· High school diploma or equivalent Experience & Skills· Solid working knowledge of major operations work flows. · Solid working knowledge of POINT system and third party rating software. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. · Ability to train in-unit auditors as necessary. · Ability to represent organization in a positive, professional manner. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
