We seek 3 or more years project management experience and familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with a variety of business stakeholders is a must. Pluses include: experience with HP Project & Portfolio Management platform (PPM), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance; reporting tools such as Cognos, etc.

Summary: Delivery Competency Center Overview:
A new area has recently been established under the Technology Management Office called the Delivery Competency Center. This area is responsible for the establishment of a Technology Governance framework for the enterprise (Technology Governance Council, Standards & Policies Oversight Committee, Product Review Board, to name a few). It will assist with the development and rollout of an enterprise SDLC and will be responsible for the development of an Infrastructure development life cycle (IDLC). It will establish the controls and measurements leveraged for projects and project managers for the Infrastructure as well as establish the proper control/measurements for Portfolio Owners to govern themselves and will create dashboards and portals for disseminating the information. It will put in place best practices and standards associated with both project management as well as infrastructure development. It will facilitate the use of tools and training for the infrastructure project managers. Finally, it will oversee the Core Regulatory/Compliance activities as they involve SOX and audit.

Examples of potential tasks:
� Development of Portfolio Owner dashboard for assembling of metrics from different sources of data
� Assist with the development of the Infrastructure development life cycle.
� Assist with Sox and Audit activities.
� Assist with development of best practices and standards for project managers

Core Skills:
� Strong Communication Skills � written and verbal
� Interpersonal Skills � build relationships with Project Manager, Portfolio Owners
� Ability to work in partnership with various areas throughout the organization (Operations, IAS, LOB-IT Areas)
� Self Management
� Experience with HP�s PPM a plus
� Project management experience
� Experience with some reporting tools (i.e. Cognos)
� Development skills in HTML, Java, .NET a plus
