Description

Responsible for identifying processs improvement opportunities and developing and implementing process improvements. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Documents current work flow. Support tracking and scorecard reporting of business metrics and process improvement initiatives;  Support implementation of new documents and internal processes;  Analyze accuracy of performance statistics and data; Participate in cross-functional project teams; Coordinates activities and plans for Strategic Initaitives area.  Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

BA/BS and 3-5 years related experience, preferrably in project management, work flow analysis, or process improvement, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills needed. Superior analytical, organizational, and planning skills required. PC capabilities in Word, Excel and PowerPoint also required.  Visio is a plus.  PBM experience preferred.
