SUMMARY: Provide full service multi-media support to all of Creative Services'' business customers; supporting our objective to deliver effective sales and marketing materials.
PRIMARY DUTIES: Prepare both complex and 'simple' Powerpoint presentations. Work with business point person, gather data, deliver draft on time. Available on-site for changes as needed.
Resource for company-sponsored events and community affairs events on a pre-planned and sometimes spontaneous basis. (photos & video coverage).
Maintain historical files of events, presentations, media for meetings of supported businesses.
Shoot and create video of events, 'infomercials', training modules, intranet topics, as requested
Maintain organized reference resource for music, photos, video
Key contact for scanning, file transfers and conversion
Coordinate technical support needed for field and in-house events on time and effectively
Act as Knowledge Exchange mayor for assigned businesses
Quarterback vendor relationships and handle CAS and expense processing
Interact with Travelers peers to keep current on company and industry trends and technical innovations.
OTHER: Advanced Powerpoint skills. Keynote expertise a plus Strong media capabilities - producing, directing, shooting, editing, storing Superior communications skills Ability to multi-task and shift priorities with ease and effectiveness Minimum 5 years related experience DVD mastering - multi-chapter disks Layout and design experience (Adobe Creative Suite) Write HTML scripts.
