Under limited supervision, manages, investigates and resolves claims assigned by the Claims Team Manager and assists in providing service to policyholders for more high exposure and/or complex claims. May perform field investigation on assigned cases and make recommendations on additional work as indicated.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written and oral communications skills required. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and State Tort Law. College education or equivalent training plus minimum 3-5 years of directly related experience required. Licensing as required.
