Southern California Risk Management Associates (SCRMA) the California specialty division of the York Insurance Services Group, provides national workers' compensation and liability claims administration services for both insured and self-insured, public and private employers.

Due to amazing and dynamic growth, we have excellent career opportunities for Client Service Directors (CSD) to join our team in our Upland, Riverside and Orange County offices.
Position Summary:
The position is responsible for managing the business relationship on behalf of the market segment and will perform all front end services for our clients. The position will work with operations to yield the highest quality and margin, negotiate contract renewals and interface with internal departments to resolve all client issues and delivery of services to achieve the highest possible client satisfaction.
The role of the SCRMA Client Services Director is to leverage company resources to support the clients risk management objectives as they relate to retained claims liability. The CSD is the steward of delivering highly customized, quality claims solutions with the primary goal of maintaining and expanding SCRMAs client base
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Industry Recognized Professional Designations
Experience:
Workers’ Compensation and/or Liability claims adjusting and supervisory experience preferred
Understanding of Risk Management loss analysis and risk financing
Proven track record of customer service.
Prior client management within insurance industry
Special Skills:
Superior oral and written skills
Loss data analysis (including an understanding of actuarial analysis)
Basic understanding of risk financing and risk control techniques
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
