Serves as senior writer responsible for researching and developing executive communications. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Develops internal memos and presentations that support associate engagement strategies. Serves as primary copy editor for Corporate Communications. Manages Speakers Bureau, including research, development of presentations and maintenance of existing modules. Leads development and delivery of messages and materials for regular manager and leadership forums. Supports special projects as needed and other duties as assigned. |

Qualifications | BA/BS in Public Relations, journalism, communications or related area required. A minimum of 7 years of directly related experience required. Masters degree preferred. Working knowledge of managed care and the health insurance industry preferred. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required. Must have outstanding PowerPoint skills and be able to travel. Position based in Indianapolis, IN.
