The Internal Communications Manager serves as senior editor responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for the company''s associate focused internal publications (electronic and print). Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Works with communication team members and business contacts to develop editorial calendar and deliver daily content for electronic newsletter. Create storyboards and manage editorial calendar and reviews, production timeline and delivery of print publication. Manage vendor relationships within designated budget. Develop and manage strategic metrics dashboard for corporate publications. Writing and copy editing are essential to this role. Performs other duties as assigned. |

Qualifications | BA/BS in Public Relations, journalism, communications or related area required. A minimum of 7 years of directly related experience required. Masters degree preferred. Working knowledge of managed care and the health insurance industry preferred. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required. Background in intranet technology essential. Position based in Indianapolis, Ind. Must be able to travel.
