Under limited supervision, manages, investigates and resolves claims assigned by the Sr. Claims Case Manager and assists in providing service to policyholders/customers which may include national or large business accounts as well as the more complex cases within the Claims Service Team.
QUALIFICATIONS Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required. Knowledge of legal liability, disability management, general insurance policy coverage and State Workers Compensation Act, including acts in multiple jurisdictions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions on routine issues. College education or equivalent training plus a minimum of 1-2 years of directly related experience. Licensing required in some states.
