Under limited supervision, provides timely and accurate guidance and service to policy holders for a variety of Personal Lines products, plans and programs. May independently solve problems of limited scope and complexity. Assumes responsibility for decisions, tasks and actions which could have a significant impact on other activities. Identifies and analyzes customer needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree in a business related field or a minimum of 2 years related work experience is required. Working knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, plans and programs in a customer service environment is desired. Ability to review, record and organize data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are required. Appropriate licenses required.
