Under moderate supervision, manages, investigates and resolves claims assigned by the Sr. Claims Case Manager and assists in providing service to policyholders/customers which may include national or large business accounts. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation abilities required. Knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and State Worker''s Compensation Act. Bachelors Degree or equivalent training plus 6-9mos of directly related experience preferred. Licensing required in some states.
