Under general supervision, manages, investigates and resolves assigned Property Loss claims. Provides policyholders with quality customer service. May assist Claims Representatives with in-person inspection/policyholder contact where necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong written and oral communications skills required. Good interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills required. Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of coverages provided within various homeowner policies. College education or equivalent training plus minimum 6-12 months directly related experience required. Demonstrated understanding of building construction principles. Licensing as required.
