Under limited direction, designs, develops, and delivers all technical training programs for departments. Coordinates the communication of training programs and may facilitate training programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree or equivalent training, plus 7 or more years of related technical experience required. Advanced knowledge of training techniques and procedures essential. Advanced knowledge of department duties, responsibilities and procedures necessary. Must be able to conduct group and one-on-one training. Strong written and oral communication skills required.
