Assists with various aspects of the re-engineering of business operations to improve business results. Assists with evaluating business requirements and with estimates for project plans. Analyzes and documents business problems of low complexity. Tests system behaviors and contributes to test plans. Assists with upgrades and rollouts.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor''s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1 year related experience. Basic knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow. Basic knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies. Basic knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures. Negotiation skills; oral and written communication skills. Insurance experience in P&C line of business preferred. Knowledge of Underwriting, Rating and Coverage methodologies and concepts preferred. Prior product and/or systems experience with auto and property product lines a plus.
