In this Senior Account Service Manager position, incumbents will: - Provide account service a broad spectrum of large, complex Group Life, Short and Long term Disability, and FMLA accounts. - Partner with Benefit Sales Rep to develop account management and renewal strategies that maximize retention of quality business. - Provide new business sales support through involvement in customer and finalist presentations. - Manage the installation of new business (300-7500 life accounts). - Work in a fun environment as part of a growing team and growing business unit.
QUALIFICATIONS Effective organizational, administrative, presentation and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of Group Life, Long and Short Term Disability products and ability to understand and interpret contracts. Four year Bachelors degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of four to six years experience in a progressively more responsible customer service or insurance position. Life and Health License in state of domicile required.
