Sr. Field Workers Compensation Claims Representative Based in our Livonia, MI Claims Office, the successful candidate will negotiate and settle complex Worker''s Compensation claims with greater potential exposure and complexity in Michigan. Responsibilities include thoroughly researching the facts of the claim and the liability involved; making personal contact with all relevant parties; determining the value of the injuries and obtain support documentation; monitor ongoing medical treatment, establishing and reviewing proper reserves for each claim; and maintaining thorough status reports for all claims. Qualified candidates will have five years of complex workers compensation claims handling experience. Superior communications skills are required to maintain effective and ongoing correspondence with various parties. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment are also essential. Must have a valid driver''s license, a driving record that meets Company standards, and the ability to travel.
