AAA Chicago, a member of the Auto Club Group of Companies and a leading Midwest personal lines insurer is seeking a Claim Support Assistant for our homeowners claim unit based in Aurora, IL.
In this position you will performs a variety of clerical duties including: preparing claim files, typing correspondence/memos, responding to telephone inquiries, completing loss reports, verifying claimant coverages and servicing customer requests and questions.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills. As well as, possess knowledge of claim systems/processes and the ability to work in a high-volume claim dept. Previous claim adjusting experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills a plus!
