Superior Settlements Structured Settlement Producer Superior Settlements offers settlement products and services to property-casualty, worker''s compensation and disability carriers, self-insured entities, attorneys, and other clients. The purpose of utilizing structured settlement annuities is to provide additional settlement tools to the parties involved, allowing more options for case resolution. Our services include: Annuity/periodic payment quotations, Negotiation support, Settlement document preparation and periodic payment training/file reviews. Superior Settlements has an immediate opening for an experienced broker to perform in a sales capacity as a Structured Settlement Producer. The Structured Settlement Producer is responsible for but not limited to the following functions; developing new structured settlement clients including insurance companies, self-insured''s, and attorneys; will support clients representatives during negotiations and sales, personally handle negotiations on assigned cases, assists with strategic planning issues regarding the Superior Settlement brand and program, will address all post-settlement servicing issues. The Structured Settlement Producer will be supplied with a company car, and a high speed laptop computer. This is a commission based position offering a generous benefits package. Job Requirements - Bachelors degree or 5 years equivalent experience - Outstanding sales skills - Experience as a Structured Settlement Producer - Ability to work on a computer, utilize a telephone and ability to travel Generous Total Rewards package includes: group health insurance, optional dental and vision coverage, educational reimbursement plan, 401K and pension plan.
