We are located in the heart of Downtown Boston, convenient to public transportation, and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our current workforce of over 200 employees in following position:
Vice President, Risk Management
Directs and coordinates the activities of the Risk Management Department by formulating and administering policies and procedures as well as developing goals and objectives. Oversees personnel functions of the department as well as assists in the development, implementation and marketing of Risk Management programs, publications, products and services. Analyzes opportunities on both a regional and national level to improve the quality of products and services. Cultivates strong relationships and promotes speaking opportunities for incumbent and staff. Position reports to the Sr. VP, Underwriting.
Qualifications:
BS or BSN preferred, with a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess strong leadership and communication skills. Hospital and/or office experience with thorough knowledge of hospital operations and management necessary.
