Description
Manages the system development function for the Service Organization to include project and resource planning for both day-to-day support and corporate projects. Provides leadership, development and management for a group of business resources responsible for system projects. Responsible for improving the processing of project delivery. Functions as relationship manager between the Service Organization and the Information Technology group. Assures timely and accurate project deliverables along multiple lines of business. Manages and promotes project management effieciency and improvements. Develops process management standards. Manages the estimation of time and resources for project cost and planning analysis. Ensures quality by creating metrics for the measurement of projects and/or processes. Embraces and researches external industry and market trends. Develops and fosters relationship with customer base through proactive planning and strategy. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BS degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent. Management experience and minimum of 4 years of participation in business system project related assignments, project management of complex cross system efforts, feasibility studies and cost benefit analysis.
