Everest National Insurance Company, a member of the Everest Re Group, Ltd., is seeking an Associate Manager, Claim Business Analyst for our headquarters in Liberty Corner, NJ (exit 33 off I-78).
The Claim Business Analyst primary responsibilities include adhoc reporting and new claim system development and testing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Performing claim coding error research and resolution with claim service providers.
Testing system modifications.
Providing operational support for ad hoc reporting.
System training for users and business partners.
Maintenance of various databases and spread sheets.
Performance Competencies:
This position requires a detail and service oriented individual who is highly motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility, strong organizational and problem solving skills are essential. Effective communication skills are necessary.
Qualifications and Experience :
A college degree or equivalent insurance work experience.
3 to 5 years property and casualty insurance or reinsurance experience
Proficient in Micro Soft Excel, Word, and Access.
Prior experience in system testing is a plus.
