Essential Job Functions:
This position is responsible for overseeing administrative services of the group insurance operations for FDL; managing day-to-day operations and plan for strategic improvement and growth; and responsible for policy/certificate issue, billing/membership, customer service, call center, life claims, STD / LTD claims in all three locations – Downers Grove, Illinois, Cleveland, Ohio, and Dallas, Texas.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree 10–15 years experience in the group insurance industry with senior management experience Broad industry knowledge and experience with industry designations helpful e.g. FLMI, CLU etc. Broad business skills including demonstrated ability to manage in a growing and changing organization Ability to assess strengths, improve weaknesses and provide a vision for accelerated growth and new business model; establish a culture of high performance delivery
