JOB SUMMARY
Build and lead a team of experts to proactively design and deliver products based upon market and business trends. In collaboration with Product Management and Product Innovations unit, anticipates and implements product changes. Develop comprehensive product strategies and disciplined project implementation plans.
Alert Product Management of countrywide demographic, consumer and product trends and the implications/opportunities for Travelers Personal Lines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Develop Product
- Conduct ongoing competitive product analysis
- Develop exposure management strategies
- Monitor countrywide demographic trends
- Research emerging perils
- Conduct product market research
Implement Changes, and Monitor Compliance and Economic Results
- Establish countrywide policy consistency
- Monitor economic results, recommending changes as necessary
- Support major project initiatives with subject matter expertise
Drive Organizational Metabolism
- Build a complementary team to support a more strategic organization. Grow and develop future leaders and functional experts. Drive an enhanced org metabolism through disciplined performance management practices.
