Responsibilities are related to supporting Client Services¡¦ maintenance and management of client base. This includes but is not limited to system administration and ¡§power user¡¨ level support for APPRO, Loan Center (underwriting), HEAT, Goldmine, etc. Chosen candidate will be the liaison between IT and current Account Managers. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
„X 1-3 years experience in Loan Servicing
„X Strong consumer lending knowledge, including 1-3+ years in consumer loan decision making preferred
„X Proficient in APPRO, Power User preferred
„X Strong PC and software skills including loan system applications
„X Able to diagnose the root cause of issues in the department and take steps to resolve issues.
