Cottingham & Butler is searching for an experienced Employee Benefits Practice Leader. This individual needs to have strong employee benefits knowledge and previous experience working in a brokerage/consultant environment with benefits sales and management responsibility. We are looking for someone with outstanding sales and leadership skills, solid management skills, a driven personality, and a passion for success. The role requires a four-year college degree and over ten years of experience in employee benefits. The Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits will be responsible for the management, growth, and profitability of the company’s benefits brokerage and consulting profit center.
