Cottingham & Butler is searching for an experienced Practice Leader for its SISCO Benefits Division. This individual needs to have significant leadership experience with benefits, preferably in a Third Party Administrator (TPA) environment with responsibility for sales and marketing. We are looking for someone who may have previously been the head of TPA or the head of marketing for a larger TPA. Significant benefits consulting and sales experience with management experience also acceptable. This person must have outstanding leadership and management skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and sales-focused attitude. The role requires a four-year college degree and over ten years of experience. The Senior Vice President of SISCO Benefits will be responsible for the management, growth, and profitability of the company’s SISCO Benefits and HealthCorp profit centers.
