Regional Director of Risk Control

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Provide loss prevention/risk management consulting services to commercial lines accounts

Effectively promote and sell value added services to JSL clients and prospects

Conduct hazard assessments, extensive research, data collection, and evaluation in order to provide effective solutions to control the client�s source of risk, loss, and associated costs

Analyze client�s historical loss patterns and operational exposures to determine effective solutions based on specific findings, as well as typical exposures for the client�s industry segment

Provide customer specific safety and compliance training

Develop risk management strategies, service plans and partnerships with our commercial clients

Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external customers

Support JSL production teams by assisting with presentations and providing information as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
HEALTHCARE insurance background preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Proven ability in advance level research, analysis, risk reduction, problem solving and solution execution
Experienced trainer in health, safety and risk management topics
Advanced knowledge of risk management principals, OSHA, and insurance operations
Technical knowledge of insurance and loss prevention with focus in healthcare and ergonomics
Competent computer skills with Microsoft office products
Must learn the Agency Management System
Bachelor's degree, plus 6-8 years of consulting experience with strong background in Healthcare and insurance preferred
CSP, ARM or OHN preferred
