We are currently seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter for our Lake Mary office. The selected candidate will assist in the acquisition and retention of profitable, commercial lines customers through following sound underwriting principles reflective of company policy.
(Please note: candidates with more years of experience may be considered for hire as a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter. )
The position requires: * Associate’s degree or equivalent * A minimum of two years of multi-line commercial property and casualty underwriting experience * Thorough knowledge of P&C insurance forms and rating rules * Solid working knowledge of underwriting and loss control principles
