Bristol West, a company that has thrived on technical innovation to lead its tremendous growth, is looking for a highly talented .Net Developer to join our winning Actuarial/Product team. In this role you will be working to expand and improve real-time analytical capabilities, while working with cutting edge technologies such as: dynamic ASP.Net websites, .Net Windows applications, and Web Services. You will have the ability to develop applications through the full software lifecycle, and will be working side by side with key business leaders, providing the technology to increase the sophistication of our analysis, pricing, and customer segmentation.

Qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Computer Engineering or other quantitative field (GPA must be 3.2 or higher)
• 2-4 years experience programming Windows applications in a corporate environment
• Languages: VB6, VB.Net, SQL, ASP
• Database: Access, Oracle, SQL Server or equivalent database system
• Tools: Visual Studio, Source Safe, IIS, Excel, TOAD experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications
• Strong problem solving ability
• Ability and willingness to change project specifications and priorities when needed.
