The HR Consultant will have responsibility for furthering HR initiatives in 3 Amerisure locations, St. Petersburg, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; and Birmingham, Alabama
.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the management team to understand business strategies and execute workforce development and retention plans;
Managing on-boarding programs; assist leadership with succession plans, recruiting and talent management and development; performance management.
This role will also focus on the morale and retention of employees as well as managing the local HR administration.
Candidate should be:
Creative; able to interact with all levels; able to speak in front of small or mid size groups to present HR programs
