Location: Brentwood, NY

Length of Assignment: Temporary to Hire

Compensation: $30.00 to $37.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience

Job Description:

Our client is currently looking to add a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner to their New York office. This person would be responsible for handling mid to complex New York Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to close. In addition, this candidate would need to hold an active New York Adjusters License.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 7+ years of Workers Compensation claims handling experience
• Must be well-versed in New York Law
• Must have experience handling lost time litigated files
• Must hold an active New York Adjusters License
• Good organizational and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
