Location: Atlanta, GA

Length of Assignment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

Job Description:

Our client, an AM Best Rated A++ insurance carrier, is looking to add a Commercial Property Claims Manager to their Atlanta regional office. The Manager will oversee a staff of up to 5 Adjusters handling mainly Commercial Property losses and some high profile homeowner property claims. In addition to managing/overseeing large losses, coverage issues and staff, this individual would be charged with operational and organizational assessment and implementation of any changes needed to improve the unit's effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 10+ years of Commercial Property Claims Supervisor or Manager experience
• Experience handling or overseeing staff for large loss claims
• Previous experience with making operational changes or suggestions to improve the claims staff effectiveness
• Active Adjuster License
• Experience as a full time staff employee for an insurance carrier

Preferred Qualifications:

• College Degree
