Project Manager Operations Services

Reporting to the VP of Operations and working alongside other cross-functional teams, the Project Manager Operations Services will be charged with supporting a ‘Best-of-Class’ Operations and Insurance Carrier/TPA Services organization.  The Project Owner will provide service for all aspects of Operations including pre/post sales administration, client service, systems, processes, commissions, reporting, contracts and compliance.  In addition, this role will serve as a tactical liaison between the Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Insurance Carrier, and IDC administrative teams to ensure successful execution and implementation of strategy projects.

Experience, skills, qualities we desire

• 3+ years’ experience in project management and financial services.
• Experience with Life and Annuity financial products.
• Solid understanding of new business, agent contracting, licensing, and commissions.
• Experience with process improvement strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
