Job Details
- Provide administrative support to Recruiters:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (simple and complex, including video conference interviews) and maintain the interview calendar
- Assist recruiter with maintaining data integrity in applicant tracking system
- Manage candidate documentation: directions/agenda or any other candidate communication
- Post jobs (by request)
- Schedule and administer candidate assessments, as necessary
- Provide company information to candidates
- Arrange travel and lodging for out-of-town candidates
- Create interview packets
- Onsite candidate management
- Take calls on candidate status and/or open job questions
- TA Team Support and special projects
- Career Fair preparations
- Order TA office supplies and business cards
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of administrative experience
- High level of proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and calendars, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applications.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Time management in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to switch gears in responses to unexpected tasks and/or requests.
- Ability to anticipate obstacles and remove them.
- Demonstrate planning, organization and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective relationship management skills.
- Ability to apply best practices and create process efficiencies.
- High level of confidentiality.
- High level of working knowledge of the internet
- Experience in a recruiting/human resources support role.
- Database knowledge, especially Taleo or Workday.
- Desire to move into a Recruiter role.
