Position Summary:

This position will support the human resources function with day to day administrative support responsibilities and entry level HR work to include recruiting, HR recordkeeping and assisting with HR projects, helping to drive efficiency and provide exceptional client service.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain employment files (active/pending/terminated) to ensure all necessary documents are included as well as accuracy of records
• Maintain I-9s
• Manage onboarding/off boarding temporary employees
• Assist with onboarding all employees
• Order company credit cards
• Provide recruiting support to include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting follow ups
• Primary support for campus recruiting to include career fair registration, shipping of marketing material, booth and upload resumes if necessary
• Manage regular communication to RSG talent community including college students
• Coordinate employment law poster updates for all offices
• Update information on company intranet (Share Point)
• Create purchase orders and process invoices for HR related expenses
• Assist with tracking employee education and training reimbursement
• Assist with employee events and activities (Holiday Party, Employee Recognition, Wellness etc.)
• Administrative tasks like filing, copying, preparing documents, updating materials/presentations, answering emails/phone calls
• Process Post- Employment Background checks
• Complete 1st report of injury
• Assist with special HR projects

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelors Degree required
• 1 year+ experience working within an HR department to include the use of an HRIS system.
• Proficient knowledge and skill level required in use of Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to handle sensitive information maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a fast paced, team environment
