Claims Assistant - Workers Compensation

Location: Oakland, CA

Length of Assignment: Temporary

Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience

Job Description:

Our client, who is a Third Party Administrator, is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Assistant for a temporary assignment in their Oakland, CA office.

Required Qualifications:
  • Sets up and enters new claims into claims management system
  • Calculates wage statements
  • Answers and initiates telephone calls, sets up medical appointments, and may provide customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College Degree
