Our Customer Service Call Center Representatives for Claims have the important role of helping our customers report a claim after being in an auto accident. They take down any information relevant to the accident from car damage to location. Knowing the stress that can accompany this situation, our representatives provide the best possible service while keeping an eye on the details.

10 am to 7 pm, Monday - Friday for 10 weeks
Work Schedule (after training) - you have 2 schedule options to choose from:
Option 1: Full-time, 5 day work week, 2 pm – 11 pm CST
Days off: Friday & Saturday OR Sunday & Monday OR any days Tues – Thurs
Option 2: Full-time, 4 day work week, 10 hour days. 12 pm - 11 pm, Required days are Mondays and Fridays, plus 1 weekend day & 1 additional weekday.
Days off: Tues/Wed, Wed/Thurs and Sat OR Sun
$15 - $19/hr plus a 10% shift differential for hours worked after 7 pm during the week and all of your weekend hours
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or one year of work experience in a customer service environment
* Stellar communication and customer service skills
* Experience in a fast paced and changing environment
* Basic computer know-how
