Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Limited Care PIP Adjuster in Farmington Hills, MI. CLK789

Customers need us the most when they are involved in an accident. As an Allstate PIP Adjuster, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise. You will analyze police reports and interview accident victims via the phone, to evaluate the injuries, and treatment received. You will work directly with customers and guide them through the claims process. You will be challenged to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and document every step of activity for each claim on Allstate's state-of-the-art, computerized Next Gen claims system. Specific responsibilities include:
•Providing excellent customer service to customers and medical providers
•Investigating, evaluation, and negotiating auto accident claims, in order to reach a fair and equitable settlement for all parties involved

•Working well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
•Achieving targeted performance goals to manage costs and support Allstate's industry-leading operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Required High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED), 4 year degree preferred with emphasis on health administration
  • Previous PIP experience is a plus but not required
  • Medical background or experience with medical record analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
