Job Summary
Under general supervision, supports department and enterprise strategic initiatives through due diligence, planning, and project management. Performs reporting and analysis in support of executive decision making; partners with internal and external constituents to facilitate equity and debt financing activities for the organization. This position does not lead others.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manages projects to support department and enterprise goals. Performs daily responsibilities such as share settlement with transfer agent and share repurchase reporting to senior management. Performs monthly reconciliation of common shares to transfer agent records. Assists with monitoring/adjustment of capitalization of internal entities. Participates in debt financing process, including issuance, repayment, and interest payments. Ensures SOX and internal control compliance of key processes. Identifies and champions potential process improvements throughout the organization. Performs business case, ROI analysis, and other due diligence to support strategic initiatives. Fully understands the intricacies of equity and debt financing operations and troubleshoots for the department. Other duties as assigned.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Prior experience working with banks and/or financial institutions preferred.

Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies
Must possess intermediate financial acumen. Intermediate ability to think logically; possess independent problem solving skills. Advanced proficiency with MS Excel. Intermediate communication and active listening skills. Intermediate understanding of equity financing concepts. Intermediate understanding of capital management strategies. Intermediate strategic and financial planning abilities.

Physical Requirements
Operates standard office equipment (Frequently). Sitting (can stand at will) (Frequently). Use of keyboards, sporadic 10-key (Frequently).
