Job Summary
This position in Select Accounts (Business Insurance) is responsible for leading a team of 20+ Product Management professionals who support multiple regions across the country. The incumbent will collaborate with the Select Regional Vice Presidents, Product Management Regional teams and the Select Leadership, in the execution of profitable growth initiatives in multiple regions. Additionally, this role will take on key leadership responsibilities in developing countrywide strategies at the line of business level within the Product Management organization. This position is also critical in the ongoing development of Select Product Management capabilities, including product insight, talent development, and enhancement of a culture aimed at rewarding innovative behaviors that influence regional execution.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Oversight of multiple Product Management teams that work in a collaborative relationship with field partners. Partner with multiple Regional Vice Presidents to drive local strategies aimed at maximizing growth and profit. Partner with peers to lead day to day priorities within Select Product Management organization. Leadership role on line of business teams that ensure countrywide strategies align with local strategies on a line of business. Effectively communicate financial results and impact of strategy to senior management. Articulate and drive behaviors and actions throughout Select Product Management. Drive new strategy considerations through encouragement of innovative ideas aimed at local and countrywide impact. Leading others to develop strong working relationships with business partners including business service centers, information technology, claim, actuarial, etc.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Four year college degree, with graduate level work a plus. Strong knowledge of advanced Excel concepts and PowerPoint. Industry related higher education courses. Typically 8 or More Years of Experience in Product Management, Actuarial, Finance, Commercial Underwriting or Related Fields. Comprehensive knowledge of Business Insurance products and systems. Excellent cross functional knowledge throughout business insurance. Comprehensive knowledge of forecasting insurance financials through models and industry related techniques. Comprehensive knowledge of basic ratemaking inclusive of risk loads, profitability, etc. At Least 5 Years of Previous Leadership Experience.
