The Inland Marine Underwriting Manager is responsible for the profitable and developmental growth of your book of business. Monitor and maintain survey tracking list for the underwriting department. Analyze the agent's new submissions, issue the bond, and process to bill. Develop and monitor a marketing strategy. This opportunity is open to Texas, Midwest or Western regions with possibility to work remotely within these regions.

- Ability to use analytical methods in underwriting processes to find workable solutions.
- Ability to generate innovative solutions within the underwriting department.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external contacts on underwriting matters.
- Utilize software to summarize and analyze large amounts of data.
- Ability to apply a strategic perspective to improve underwriting functions.
